What you'll do

In this role, you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of Business Developers, Vendor Managers, and Program Managers focused on vendor engagement and selection expansion for the worldwide inventory transfers program. You will be responsible for driving strategic partnerships with vendors, ensuring that your team meets its objectives and delivers the best results for customers. You will take full accountability for team performance and program outcomes, working closely with various stakeholders across Amazon to achieve the Global Purchasing Program's vision.

You will collaborate with category management, business, technology, and product teams to leverage Amazon's global footprint and offer more selection to customers worldwide. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling initiatives and ensuring that your team is equipped to handle the challenges of expanding Amazon Stores' presence globally.
