You are a creative Business Intelligence Engineer with a passion for building systems that have a measurable impact. Your expertise in managing and utilizing extremely large datasets is complemented by excellent business and communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with business analysts and data engineers.
With a solid foundation in mining, quantitative analysis, and statistical models, you understand how customers interact with Amazon and are driven to identify ways to improve their experience. You have experience in building scalable solutions and self-serve platforms that provide insights for informed business decision-making. Your ability to optimize the performance of business-critical queries and address ETL job-related issues is a key strength.
What you'll do
In this role, you will gather and understand data requirements, working closely with your team to achieve high-quality data ingestion. You will build systems capable of processing, transforming, and storing data in various relational and non-relational stores. Diving deeply into technical details, you will engage with engineering teams to drive the best results for our customers. Your responsibilities will include applying mining and statistical models to enhance customer interactions and improve overall service delivery.
