What you'll do
In this role, you will be the primary escalation point for Amazon's warehouses, ensuring that millions of daily orders are orchestrated smoothly. You will collaborate directly with Fulfilment Centre partners to drive workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to teams, identifying workflow variances, and actively managing the journey of customer orders from checkout to shipment. You will play a crucial role in innovating advanced fulfilment solutions that shape the future of global e-commerce.
You will be instrumental in driving operational excellence within the European Central Flow Team, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that processes are optimized and efficient. Your role will require you to analyze data and workflows to identify areas for improvement, implement changes, and monitor their effectiveness. You will also be involved in training and onboarding new team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
