What you'll do

In this role, you will be the primary escalation point for our warehouses, ensuring that millions of daily orders are processed smoothly. You will collaborate directly with Fulfilment Centre partners to drive workflow planning, risk mitigation, and capacity management. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance to teams, identifying workflow variances, and actively managing the journey of customer orders from checkout to shipment.

You will play a crucial role in innovating advanced fulfilment solutions that support Amazon's vast network of Fulfilment Centres operating 24/7. Your insights and recommendations will help shape the future of e-commerce fulfilment at Amazon, making a significant impact on customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
