Job Description
Who you are
You have a bachelor's degree or relevant experience in an industry role, showcasing your ability to manage projects effectively. Your knowledge of Excel and SQL allows you to analyze data and communicate insights clearly. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with tech teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful product launches. You are adept at problem-solving, particularly when it comes to addressing tool and user issues, and you excel in managing stakeholder communications regarding pilot and launch statuses.
Desirable
Experience in operations or product management is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to customers.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support the testing, pilot, and full-scale launch of product initiatives for Amazon's Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWRR). You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, and operational partners to create and execute pilot and launch plans. Your responsibilities will include building and executing new standard operating procedures and managing the product feature backlog. You will own stakeholder communication for pilot and launch status and metrics, ensuring that all parties are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will also identify improvement opportunities and suggest strategies to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
