Job Description

Who you are

You have a college degree or equivalent work experience and a proven track record of taking ownership and driving initiatives. Your proficiency in Excel and data management software enables you to analyze and manage data effectively. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with tech teams to support user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring smooth product launches. You are skilled in stakeholder communication, adept at managing feature intake, and problem-solving tool/user issues as they arise. Your innovative mindset allows you to identify improvement opportunities and suggest strategies that enhance operational efficiency.

What you'll do

In this role, you will support the testing, pilot, and full-scale launch of product initiatives for Amazon's Worldwide Returns & ReCommerce (WWRR). You will collaborate with product managers, software developers, program managers, and operational partners to create and execute pilot and launch plans. Your responsibilities will include building and executing new standard operating procedures and managing the product feature backlog. You will own stakeholder communication for pilot and launch status and metrics, ensuring all parties are informed and engaged throughout the process. You will also problem-solve tool and user issues, ensuring that all operational aspects run smoothly and efficiently. Your contributions will help create and champion novel best practices that delight customers and drive long-term value for Amazon.
