Who you are
You have a strong background in program management, ideally with experience in operations and process improvement. You understand the importance of operational capabilities to support new business needs and have a track record of reducing costs through performance efficiencies. You are skilled in creating Standard Operating Procedures that ensure compliance, quality, and scalability. Your ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams is essential, as you will be sharing projects with various stakeholders across the organization.
You are detail-oriented and have experience in establishing programs that enhance the customer experience. You are comfortable creating dashboards and tracking success metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of operational processes. Your analytical mindset allows you to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions that drive long-term value.
What you'll do
As a Program Manager, you will own the scoping, designing, and implementing of operational capabilities that support new business needs. You will work closely with product managers and software developers to improve the Customer Returns and ReCommerce tools. Your responsibilities will include establishing operational processes that reduce costs and enhance performance efficiencies. You will create Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and quality across the organization.
You will also be responsible for developing field tools and dashboards that assist with the execution of operational strategies. Collaborating with other teams within WWR&R, you will share projects and insights to drive cross-functional success. Your role will involve tracking success metrics and creating reports that highlight the impact of your initiatives on the overall customer experience.
