What you'll do
As the AVS Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of Brand Specialists dedicated to Amazon's strategic vendors. Your primary goal will be to enhance vendor performance by delivering impactful results across various retail levers. You will work closely with Category Leaders to align on strategic goals and ensure that your team is equipped to meet vendor needs effectively.
You will lead regular meetings with your team to discuss performance metrics, share insights, and identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with Vendor Managers and Account Managers to define the right goals and targets for your vendors, ensuring their satisfaction with the services provided. You will also contribute to the continuous enhancement of the Amazon Vendor Services, driving innovation and efficiency in your team's operations.
