Overview
Amazon is seeking a City Lead for Quick Commerce to oversee operational performance and data accuracy in Kolkata. This role requires experience in performance metrics and process improvement.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 2 years of experience at Amazon or 1+ years in performance metrics and process improvement. You are skilled in managing operational metrics and have a strong understanding of data accuracy and operational dashboards. Your experience includes working with third-party partners and driving standardization and improvement initiatives. You are detail-oriented and capable of supporting root cause analysis for operational defects and SLA breaches.
What you'll do
In this role, you will track and index operational metrics such as count compliance, fulfillment times, inventory accuracy, and delivery performance across city networks. You will maintain data integrity for operational dashboards and reporting systems used by leadership teams. You will coordinate with store operations teams to ensure timely data updates and metric accuracy, assisting in identifying trends and patterns in operational performance to support continuous improvement initiatives.
