Overview

Amazon is hiring a Channel Team Lead for their Quick Commerce division to oversee daily operations and ensure efficient last-mile delivery. This role requires hands-on leadership and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Who you are

You have experience in managing operations within a fast-paced environment — overseeing daily activities and ensuring that performance metrics are met is second nature to you. Your hands-on leadership style allows you to effectively coordinate teams and drive process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction.

You are data-driven in your decision-making — analyzing performance metrics and conducting audits to identify areas for improvement is part of your routine. You thrive in environments where you can collaborate with various stakeholders, including Delivery Service Partners and Area Managers, to achieve operational excellence.

What you'll do

As a Channel Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of assigned stores within the Quick Commerce organization. This includes tracking and deep-diving into store performance metrics, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions for underperforming stores. You will manage both third-party and first-party stores, ensuring compliance with operational standards and driving improvements in last-mile delivery.

You will conduct Gemba walks and audits to assess store performance and identify opportunities for enhancing Transit Time and Service BTO. Your role will also involve managing new store launches and coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth operations. You will be expected to maintain compliance with 5S standards and oversee the attendance and payment structures for delivery associates.
