Job Description
Who you are
You have experience in operations management, particularly in a fast-paced environment, where you've overseen daily operations and focused on performance metrics. Your hands-on leadership style allows you to effectively coordinate teams and drive process improvements that enhance customer satisfaction. You are data-driven in your decision-making, ensuring that operational excellence is achieved through meticulous tracking and analysis of performance metrics.
You are skilled in managing both third-party and first-party stores, conducting audits, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Your ability to conduct deep dives into performance issues, including Gemba walks and audits, demonstrates your commitment to continuous improvement. You thrive in environments where you can collaborate with Delivery Service Partners and Area Managers to optimize operations and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
What you'll do
As a Channel Team Lead, you will oversee the daily operations of assigned stores within the Quick Commerce organization. Your primary focus will be on performance metrics, ensuring that all stores meet their operational targets. You will conduct regular audits and deep dives into store performance, taking corrective actions as needed to address any deficiencies. Your role will involve managing new store launches and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with operational standards, including 5S practices and attendance tracking. Your leadership will involve conducting team huddles and regular connects with stakeholders to drive process adoption and resolve any operational issues. You will also play a key role in managing store closures and handling site requests, ensuring that all operational aspects are addressed efficiently.
