What you'll do
As a Vendor Associate, you will work closely with selected vendors to facilitate growth and enhance the customer experience on amazon.com.mx. You will be responsible for managing a brandβs product portfolio, ensuring high-quality product detail pages, and driving category growth through detailed analysis of business inefficiencies. You will lead presentations and planning sessions with vendors, acting as their main point of contact.
Your role will involve analyzing performance data to identify problem areas and creating plans to resolve them. You will propose changes to operational processes and drive effective marketing campaigns to enhance vendor visibility. Your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of the Vendor Acceleration Program.
