What you'll do
As a Retail Vendor Specialist at Amazon, you will manage a portfolio of strategic vendors, serving as their primary point of contact. You will execute growth initiatives across five key pillars: Business Advice, Availability & Operational Excellence, Conversion, Traffic, and Catalog. Your role will involve collaborating with functional experts to develop and implement Joint Business Plans that align with vendor business objectives. You will monitor and analyze vendor performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations to drive their success.
You will also be responsible for driving vendor adoption of Amazon tools and best practices to improve operational efficiency. Ensuring optimal inventory management and supply chain efficiency for assigned vendors will be a key part of your responsibilities. Your work will directly contribute to Amazon's mission of becoming the most customer-centric company in the world, creating a store featuring more products and brands with compelling content than any other online or offline store.
