You are at least 21 years old and possess a valid driver's license, ready to take on the responsibilities of an Operations Specialist. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable multitasking while operating a smartphone. Your ability to communicate clearly with teammates is essential as you work towards daily goals. You are detail-oriented and can perform basic diagnostics and quality checks on scooters and e-bikes, ensuring they are ready for riders.

What you'll do

As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in keeping Bird's fleet moving. Your primary responsibilities will include safely driving, loading, and unloading scooters while following mobile app routes to deploy or retrieve them. You will efficiently relocate scooters from low-demand to high-demand areas, ensuring that riders have access to the vehicles they need. Additionally, you will support warehouse and fleet staging operations, participating in product testing and new feature rollouts as needed.
