You have a completed higher education degree in Engineering, Administration, Operations, or related fields — your academic background has equipped you with the analytical skills necessary for logistics operations. You possess advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel, where you are proficient in using vlookup, advanced formulas, pivot tables, and macros to analyze data effectively. Your basic English skills enable you to communicate in a global environment, and you are flexible with working shifts, including weekends and holidays.
You are a proactive problem solver who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment — you thrive on challenges and are eager to contribute to improving logistics processes. Your experience includes coordinating with service providers and stakeholders, ensuring that all operations align with global standards. You are comfortable analyzing operational metrics and identifying trends that can enhance efficiency.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate logistics service providers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations during peak periods. You will define and execute operational alignments, ensuring compliance with global process standards while working on continuous improvement initiatives. Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational metrics and analyzing data from various sources to identify relevant trends, presenting your findings in a way that drives action. You will also investigate the root causes of operational issues, contributing to the overall efficiency of Amazon's logistics operations.
