Who you are
You have a strong background in logistics, supply chain, or operations, ideally with experience in e-commerce or manufacturing. You possess an Associate's degree or higher, or a high school diploma with relevant experience. Your advanced English skills enable you to communicate effectively in a diverse environment. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel, allowing you to analyze data and present insights clearly. You are detail-oriented and capable of investigating operational issues to identify root causes. You thrive in a collaborative setting, coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve common goals.
Desirable
Experience in a fast-paced logistics environment is a plus. Familiarity with data analysis tools or methodologies will enhance your ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives. A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and a willingness to learn will set you apart in this role.
What you'll do
In this role, you will coordinate logistics service providers and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations. You will define and execute operational plans during peak periods, ensuring compliance with global process standards.
