You have a completed higher education degree and experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management within various industries such as manufacturing or e-commerce. Your strong analytical skills allow you to investigate root causes of operational issues and present data-driven insights effectively. You are proficient in Microsoft Excel and possess advanced English language skills, enabling you to communicate clearly with stakeholders and service providers.

What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate logistics service providers and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of packages to customers. You will define and execute operational alignments for peak periods, ensuring compliance with all global process standards. Your responsibilities will include monitoring operational metrics and analyzing data from various sources to identify relevant trends that can inform decision-making. You will also investigate the root causes of operational problems and work collaboratively with teams to implement effective solutions.

You will play a key role in driving initiatives for continuous improvement, benchmarking logistics processes with other geographical regions to enhance service delivery.
