You have a strong background in business operations and coaching, with experience in guiding entrepreneurs through the complexities of running a delivery service. Your ability to analyze business challenges and provide actionable insights is key to your success in this role. You excel in building relationships and trust with business owners, ensuring they feel supported as they navigate their growth journey. Your communication skills allow you to effectively advocate for Delivery Service Partners, engaging with various stakeholders to address their needs. You are adept at problem-solving and can think critically about operational efficiencies and improvements. You understand the importance of data in driving business decisions and are comfortable aggregating insights to inform strategies.
What you'll do
As a Senior Business Coach, you will oversee a portfolio of 20-40 Delivery Service Partner owners, providing them with the guidance they need to launch and grow their businesses successfully. You will coach DSPs on improving delivery quality and reliability, helping them to make informed business decisions that lead to sustainable operations. Your role will involve collaborating with a cross-functional team, including operations managers and program stakeholders, to address challenges and enhance the DSP experience. You will analyze problems, deliver recommendations, and drive change both internally and externally, ensuring that the DSPs you support achieve the best possible outcomes for their customers. Your insights will be crucial in helping DSPs navigate the complexities of the delivery network, ultimately contributing to the overall success of Amazon's last mile delivery service in the Americas.
