Who you are

You have a strong background in program management with a focus on technology integration — your experience includes leading cross-functional teams to implement tech solutions that enhance operational efficiency. What you'll do

In this role, you will orchestrate the implementation of operations tech solutions across Brazil, ensuring that they are tailored to the local market. You will lead technology implementation strategies across various systems, including DSP, routing, maps, SSD/QC, UTR, and PARP, ensuring seamless integration with Brazil's operations. Your responsibilities will include managing program portfolios and coordinating with global tech teams to drive feature development and deployment.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to analyze operational requirements and ensure that the solutions delivered meet the specific needs of the Brazilian market. Your role will involve driving operational metrics improvement through technology implementation, applying relevant tools and mechanisms to measure progress and communicate status to all stakeholders.
