Who you are
You have a strong background in capacity planning and business intelligence, with a focus on data-driven decision-making. Your experience includes managing complex projects and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve favorable business outcomes. You are results-oriented and have a keen eye for identifying defects or waste in planning processes, driving improvements to enhance efficiency.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to clearly articulate goals, roles, and responsibilities to both internal and remote teams. Your ability to break down large projects into manageable pieces ensures that you can deliver high-quality results consistently. You are proactive in supporting continuous process improvement and have a track record of implementing successful workflow updates.
What you'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end program delivery of capacity planning processes and strategies. You will work closely with demand planning, finance, construction, and software development teams to model and improve the utilization of power, cooling, and space in data centers. Your efforts will focus on generating capacity at the lowest possible cost while meeting customer demands.
You will regularly report to senior leadership on the status of key project metrics, ensuring transparency and accountability in your projects. By identifying and eliminating defects in planning processes, you will contribute to the overall efficiency of the EMEA operations. Your leadership will drive new processes and automation steps that enhance the capacity planning function.
