Who you are
You have a strong background in capacity planning and data analysis, with a focus on business intelligence. Your experience includes leading complex projects and effectively communicating with cross-functional teams to achieve desired outcomes. You are results-oriented and have a proven track record of improving processes and driving efficiencies in a data center environment. You understand the importance of modeling and optimizing power, cooling, and space utilization to deliver the best results for customers. You are adept at identifying defects in planning processes and implementing automation to eliminate waste without compromising availability. You thrive in collaborative environments and are comfortable reporting project metrics to senior leadership.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take ownership of the supply plan for data center power and space, responding to customer forecasts and ensuring optimal capacity generation at the lowest possible cost. You will lead initiatives to model and improve infrastructure utilization, working closely with demand planning, finance, construction, and software development teams. Your responsibilities will include breaking down large projects into manageable pieces, driving process improvement projects, and documenting lessons learned to share knowledge across teams. You will regularly report on the status of key project metrics and ensure that your projects align with business goals. Your leadership will be crucial in supporting continuous process improvement and enhancing efficiency across the EMEA region.
