What you'll do

As the Regional Chief Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Amazon's data centers, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally. You will lead a team of Engineering Operations Technicians, providing guidance and support in daily operations and emergency situations. Your role will involve creating and delivering on key milestones for various projects, tracking costs, and ensuring that all work aligns with Amazon's high standards for customer service and operational efficiency.

You will also be tasked with developing and implementing maintenance schedules, conducting regular inspections, and coordinating with external support groups to address any technical challenges that arise. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the integrity of the data center's infrastructure, and you will play a key role in training and mentoring team members to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
