What you'll do
As the Site EHS Manager II, you will lead the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program at your site. Your responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive risk assessments, analyzing safety data, and implementing practical solutions to protect associates. You will serve as the safety champion, driving safety compliance efforts and conducting thorough site audits to identify areas for improvement.
You will collaborate closely with Operations leadership to develop and execute safety initiatives that align with the company's mission of becoming Earthβs safest place to work. Your role will involve managing the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available. You will analyze incident trends to target improvements and engage associates in shaping a strong safety culture.
What we offer
Amazon offers a competitive salary range of $70,100.00 - $105,200.00 USD annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
