Experience in a large-scale operational environment is a plus, as is familiarity with safety management systems and compliance regulations. What you'll do

In this role, you will be the safety champion for your assigned sites, leading the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and site audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards. Your responsibilities will include analyzing safety data to identify trends and areas for improvement, as well as developing and implementing practical solutions to enhance associate safety. You will manage the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available. Your ability to engage associates in safety initiatives will be crucial as you work to shape a positive safety culture within the organization. You will collaborate with various teams to drive safety compliance efforts and promote a proactive approach to workplace health and safety.
