You understand the importance of compliance and have experience leading safety audits and managing emergency response capabilities. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to engage associates and foster a culture of safety. You are proactive in identifying safety trends and implementing practical solutions to enhance operational excellence.
What you'll do
As a Multi-Site EHS Manager II at Amazon, you will be the safety champion for your site, leading the implementation of the Global WHS Program. You will conduct comprehensive risk assessments and analyze safety data to identify areas for improvement. Your role will involve collaborating with operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that protect associates while supporting productivity. You will lead safety compliance efforts, conduct thorough site audits, and analyze incident trends to target improvements where they matter most.
You will manage the first aid program and ensure that emergency response capabilities are always available. Your leadership abilities will be essential in engaging associates and shaping the safety culture at your site. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that safety requirements are integrated into operational success, making a real difference in the wellbeing of your colleagues.
