What you'll do

In this role, you will be the safety champion for your site, leading the implementation of Amazon's Global WHS Program. You will conduct thorough site audits and analyze incident trends to identify areas for improvement. Your responsibilities will include managing the first aid program and emergency response capabilities, ensuring that immediate care is always available. You will collaborate closely with Operations leadership to drive safety initiatives that make a real difference in the workplace. Your ability to engage associates in safety practices will be essential as you help shape the safety culture at Amazon.
