Your deep technical knowledge of international regulatory standards for RF, EMC, BLE, Zigbee, and Antenna Systems sets you apart as an exemplary practitioner in the field. You are analytical and adept at navigating complex compliance challenges, ensuring that products conform to North American and worldwide regulatory standards. Your expertise in wireless radio technology and EMC best practices is critical as you engage with cross-functional teams to drive design for compliance. You thrive in collaborative environments and can effectively communicate technical requirements to diverse stakeholders.

Desirable

Experience with advanced wireless communications technologies and a strong understanding of global regulatory compliance schemes will be beneficial. Familiarity with hands-on testing and debugging processes is also a plus, as is the ability to engage with regulatory agencies effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure that eero's products meet all relevant regulations by guiding design decisions and overseeing validation testing and certification activities. You will develop and execute strategies that address evolving global wireless spectrum standards and requirements, solving complex compliance challenges through research and hands-on testing. Your role will involve collaborating with an experienced cross-functional development team to conceive innovative wireless products that meet compliance standards. You will also be responsible for engaging with regulatory agencies to facilitate market access for our products, ensuring that they meet the necessary compliance requirements.
