Who you are

You are a dedicated individual with a high school diploma or equivalent, eager to contribute to the Amazon Maintenance Operations Centre team. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Your ability to respond to and triage incoming work requests within standard service level agreements (SLAs) is essential. You have a proactive approach to identifying and escalating critical issues to maintain equipment reliability and minimize operational impact. You are detail-oriented and capable of documenting all actions accurately to maintain case records.

What you'll do

In this role, you will provide 24/7 monitoring and response for Amazon's global facility network. You will manage remote works from start to end, including raising work orders and purchase orders. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with local vendors and maintenance teams to ensure timely resolution of facility issues. You will execute emergency response procedures during critical facility incidents and support continuous improvement initiatives for processes and procedures. You will also communicate effectively with stakeholders across various Amazon business units, providing updates on vendor status and leading coordination efforts during escalations.
