What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the crucial liaison between Amazon, SWA Shippers, stations, and delivery partners. You will monitor and enhance delivery performance through active coordination with stations and shippers, ensuring that all operations run smoothly. You will manage real-time tracking of pending deliveries and implement rescue operations as needed to address any issues that arise. Your responsibilities will include executing standard operational tasks based on shipper requests, following established SOPs, and facilitating clear communication channels between multiple stakeholders. You will also generate and distribute regular performance reports, handle escalations through appropriate channels, and identify trends to propose process improvements. Maintaining performance metrics at or above target levels will be a key focus of your daily operations.
