Who you are

You are someone who is eager to contribute to a team and support the maintenance operations within a Fulfillment Center. You may not have prior experience, but you are willing to learn and follow established procedures. You understand the importance of safety rules and are committed to adhering to them while performing your duties. You are comfortable with basic computer tasks and can handle data entry related to maintenance operations. You may encounter English terms in your daily work, but you do not need advanced language skills.

What you'll do

In this role, you will assist the maintenance team by performing various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include managing orders for necessary parts, overseeing delivery management, and conducting inspections of received items. You will also be involved in data entry and inventory management, ensuring that all records are accurate and up to date. As you gain experience, you will gradually take on more responsibilities within the maintenance operations. You will work closely with your team to ensure that equipment is functioning properly and that any issues are reported in a timely manner. You will be trained on the job, with manuals and one-on-one guidance provided to help you succeed in your role.

What we offer

The position is a contract role with the possibility of renewal every six months, and you will be compensated at an hourly rate of 1,250 yen.
