You have a strong background in cloud computing and enjoy helping customers implement innovative solutions — your experience with AWS allows you to guide U.S. Intelligence Community agencies in understanding application architectures and integration approaches. You possess excellent consultative and leadership skills, enabling you to launch projects successfully and ensure customer satisfaction. Familiarity with security best practices for applications, servers, and networks is essential, as you will be addressing complex technical issues. You thrive in a customer-facing role, where your ability to communicate effectively and solve problems is key to your success.
What you'll do
As a Technical Customer Service Specialist at Amazon, you will engage with U.S. Government and enterprise customers, providing training, support, and analysis on AWS services. Your responsibilities will include being the customer-facing voice for these clients, addressing complex account and billing issues, and proactively helping customers avoid potential problems. You will collaborate with Technical Account Managers, Sales, and Solution Architects to ensure the success of AWS as a leading technology platform. Your role will involve diving deep into technical issues to understand the underlying problems and help customers resolve them effectively.
