Who you are

You have a strong background in customer solutions or success management, ideally with experience in B2B environments. Your technical knowledge allows you to effectively communicate complex concepts to clients, ensuring they understand the value of the services provided. You excel in relationship management, building trust with clients from IT teams to C-suite executives. You are skilled in program management, capable of orchestrating connectivity transformation strategies that align with clients' strategic objectives. Your expertise in the satellite communications industry gives you a unique perspective on how to address the challenges faced by clients in various sectors, including retail, media, energy, and manufacturing.

Desirable

Experience with satellite communications or related technologies is a plus. Familiarity with IoT connectivity and remote operations will enhance your ability to guide clients through onboarding and optimization processes. You are comfortable conducting business reviews and aligning solutions with industry challenges, demonstrating your ability to think strategically and act as a trusted advisor.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients utilizing Amazon Leo's satellite communications services. You will guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand how to optimize their use of LEO satellite services for remote operations. Your role will involve collaborating with Technical Account Managers and Solution Architects to troubleshoot issues and educate clients on network capabilities. You will conduct regular business reviews, helping clients to maximize the value they derive from our services. Your responsibilities will also include building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, from IT teams to C-suite executives, to ensure alignment with their strategic objectives. You will be instrumental in orchestrating connectivity transformation strategies that enhance clients' operations and supply chains.
