Who you are
You are a motivated and tech-savvy individual eager to join the Amazon Leo team, which focuses on delivering fast and reliable internet connectivity through low Earth orbit satellites. You possess strong communication skills and are comfortable engaging with customers across diverse sectors, including households, schools, and government agencies. Your ability to work collaboratively with field sales teams and product managers will be crucial in identifying and qualifying leads.
You understand the importance of compliance with export control laws and regulations, and you are eligible to obtain any necessary export licenses or approvals based on your nationality and citizenship. You are detail-oriented and capable of triaging customer inquiries effectively, ensuring that the right information reaches the appropriate teams.
What you'll do
In this role, you will act as the initial entry point for customer inquiries, responding directly or passing them to the field sales team as appropriate. You will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and driving the sales of Amazon Leo's satellite services to a wide range of commercial markets. Your role will involve conducting product demonstrations and assisting in closing deals, ensuring that customers receive the best possible service and support.
You will collaborate closely with solutions architects and product managers to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Your contributions will help Amazon Leo expand its reach and impact, providing connectivity to those in areas lacking reliable internet access. You will also engage in ongoing training and development to enhance your sales skills and product knowledge, positioning yourself for growth within the company.
