You have a strong background in customer relationship management, ideally with experience in B2B sectors such as retail, media, energy, and manufacturing. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, from IT to executive levels, is essential in ensuring customer satisfaction and success. You possess a unique blend of technical knowledge and industry expertise, allowing you to effectively communicate the value of satellite connectivity solutions to diverse clients. You are a proactive problem solver, capable of addressing customer needs and challenges with innovative solutions. Your experience in managing enterprise accounts has equipped you with the skills to navigate complex organizational structures and foster long-term partnerships.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for assigned enterprise accounts, ensuring they maximize the value of Amazon LEO's satellite communications services. You will work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and challenges, helping them modernize their infrastructure and unlock new business models. Your responsibilities will include managing customer relationships, providing technical guidance, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions. You will play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and retention, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services. Your ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients will be key to your success in this position.
