Your technical expertise in AWS products and services enables you to effectively collaborate with various teams to support customer success. You possess strong communication skills, allowing you to lead technical discussions with IT executives and guide enterprises in adopting new contact center technologies. Your ability to engage with customers and understand their business objectives is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As a Senior Connect Specialist, you will work closely with customers to design, implement, and manage Amazon Connect solutions that align with their technical requirements and business goals. You will collaborate with AWS field sales, pre-sales, training, and support teams to educate partners and customers on building production-grade AWS environments that support Amazon Connect.
