What you'll do
As a Customer Care Representative at Amazon, you will play a crucial role in empowering customers to manage their medications and overall wellness. You will assist customers with billing and insurance verification, answer product and service questions, and manage both inbound and outbound calls. Your hands-on approach will ensure that you resolve issues from start to finish, collaborating with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when necessary. You will also provide technical support for navigating pharmacy.amazon.com, ensuring that customers receive timely assistance and information.
