Who you are

You have a strong background in engineering, particularly in data center operations and controls. Your experience includes managing building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS), ensuring that all components function seamlessly to support AWS's global infrastructure. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside software, hardware, and network engineers to solve complex challenges. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for troubleshooting, allowing you to identify and resolve issues efficiently. Your project management skills enable you to oversee multiple tasks and ensure timely delivery of projects. You are committed to maintaining high safety and security standards while innovating in the controls space.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for the design, planning, and delivery of controls for AWS data centers. You will troubleshoot and maintain the BMS and EPMS, ensuring that all systems operate at peak efficiency. You will collaborate with a diverse team of engineers and specialists to develop new processes and standards that enhance operational performance. Your role will involve project management, where you will oversee the implementation of new technologies and processes. You will also be expected to innovate within the controls space, contributing to the continuous improvement of AWS infrastructure.
