Who you are

You have a background in construction management, mechanical, electrical, or technology fields that enables you to innovate and maintain automation systems within data centers. You are passionate about working with diverse teams and have experience in deploying and optimizing building management systems (BMS) and electrical power monitoring systems (EPMS). Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers.

You possess strong problem-solving skills and are comfortable navigating complex challenges in the data center environment. You understand the importance of safety and security standards and are committed to delivering high-quality results. Your ability to develop new processes and standards while innovating in the controls space sets you apart as a candidate.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Controls Engineer at Amazon, you will be responsible for the innovation, deployment, optimization, and maintenance of automation systems within AWS data centers. You will collaborate with a diverse team of experts to ensure that all AWS global infrastructure operates efficiently and securely. Your role will involve working on complex problems that impact the supply chain and require a keen understanding of various variables.
