What you'll do

As a Data Center Engineering Operations Technician, you will be responsible for the delivery of best practice systems and problem resolution on all data center electrical and mechanical infrastructure. Your role will involve frequent site interventions and critical switching activities, ensuring that all customer-supporting infrastructure operates at 100% uptime. You will drive continuous improvement efforts through the standardization of procedures and policies, while also maintaining performance against agreed metrics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include troubleshooting infrastructure issues and collaborating with the Data Center Engineering Operations Manager to ensure optimal performance.
