What you'll do
In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the data center's critical physical infrastructure, ensuring that operations run smoothly and efficiently. You will manage on-site teams of 24x7 shift technicians, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices, procedures, and safety protocols. Your leadership will drive a culture of safety and security compliance within the team, promoting a healthy work environment.
You will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and promoting team members, focusing on their career development and performance management. Your role will involve collaborating with various stakeholders to implement the newest technology and work practices, adapting to the demands of a changing market. You will ensure that all operations are conducted without impacting internal and external customers, maintaining service level agreements at all times.
