What you'll do

In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the data center’s critical physical infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance. You will manage on-site teams of 24x7 shift technicians, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring that all work performed is in accordance with established practices and safety protocols. You will drive a culture of safety and security within your team, promoting compliance and best practices. Additionally, you will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and promoting team members, focusing on their career development and performance management. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining the operational integrity of the data center, and you will work closely with various teams to implement the newest technology and work practices to adapt to a changing market.
