Who you are

You are an experienced Data Center Manager with a proven track record of managing high-performing teams. You have a strong background in data center operations, either through building or managing facilities, and you excel at developing relationships with both internal teams and external vendors. Your leadership style focuses on driving performance and operational excellence, ensuring that your teams meet the high standards expected in a fast-paced environment. You are adept at refining processes and implementing methodologies that enhance efficiency and safety in data center operations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage and develop teams of engineers, providing both technical and leadership expertise to ensure the highest levels of performance. You will be responsible for maintaining existing data centers and assisting in the construction and launch of new facilities. Your focus will be on constantly improving processes and procedures, believing that there is always room for enhancement. You will manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, ensuring that all operations adhere to local health and safety standards. Additionally, you will create and maintain metrics on all aspects of data center operations, using these insights to drive positive changes and improve overall performance.
