You have a foundational understanding of hardware and network diagnostics, and you're ready to engage in physical repairs to ensure seamless data center operations. What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the AWS data centers, ensuring that all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment are functioning optimally. You will conduct in-depth diagnostics to identify hardware and network issues, followed by executing physical repairs as necessary. Additionally, you will participate in an on-call rotation, responding to urgent issues that may arise outside of regular working hours. Your work will directly impact the reliability and efficiency of AWS services, making you a critical guardian of the global cloud infrastructure. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to tackle complex challenges and contribute to the continuous improvement of data center operations.
