What you'll do
As a Data Center Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining AWS data center operations. Your responsibilities will include performing hardware and network diagnostics, followed by physical repairs to ensure optimal performance. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to tackle the most challenging problems in the industry.
You will be responsible for ensuring that all servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment are functioning correctly, which is essential for providing our customers with the innovation they rely on. Your role will involve troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and maintaining the highest standards for safety and security. You will also have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and grow your skills in a supportive environment.
