What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining AWS data center operations. Your responsibilities will include performing in-depth hardware and network diagnostics followed by physical repairs to ensure that all equipment is functioning optimally. You will collaborate with software, hardware, and network engineers to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

You will participate in an on-call rotation, responding to incidents and ensuring that any disruptions are resolved quickly to minimize impact on services. Your role will also involve working with supply chain specialists and operations managers to address challenges that may arise in the data center environment. You will be part of a team that values inclusivity and encourages bold ideas, empowering you to take ownership of your work and see it through to completion.
