Your commitment to maintaining high standards for safety and security aligns with the mission of AWS Infrastructure Services, which is to ensure that customers have continual access to the innovative technology they rely on.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of the world's most innovative technology platform. Your responsibilities will include installing equipment, creating documentation, and troubleshooting issues within the data center. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists and operations managers, to deliver the highest standards of service.

You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data center operations that power millions of businesses and services worldwide. Your role will involve innovating solutions to complex problems and fixing issues that arise in the data center environment. You will contribute to the overall success of the AWS team by supporting all AWS data centers and the servers, storage, networking, power, and cooling equipment that ensure operational continuity.

What we offer

Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, with a range of $27.00 to $47.00 USD hourly, based on experience and qualifications. Starting Day 1 of employment, you will have access to a variety of benefits, including EAP, Mental Health Support, and 401(k) matching.
