Your ability to work in a 24/7 environment and travel within and outside of the regional work area is essential for this position.

What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician at Amazon, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of the world's most innovative technology platform. You will be responsible for ensuring seamless data center operations that power millions of businesses and services worldwide. Your duties will include installing equipment, performing hardware and network repairs, and creating documentation to support data center activities. You will collaborate with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers to deliver the highest standards for safety and security.

You will be involved in troubleshooting and fixing problems within the data center space, ensuring that all systems are operational and efficient. Your contributions will help maintain the infrastructure that supports AWS global services, and you will have the opportunity to work on some of the most challenging problems in the industry. You will also have the chance to innovate solutions that enhance the performance and reliability of data center operations.

Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, with a range of $27.00 to $47.00 USD hourly, depending on experience and qualifications.
