What you'll do

As a Data Center Technician, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the heartbeat of the world's most innovative technology platform. Your responsibilities will include installing equipment, creating documentation, and troubleshooting issues within the data center. You will collaborate with team members to ensure that all AWS data centers operate smoothly, supporting millions of businesses and services worldwide. You will be involved in hardware and network repair, ensuring that all systems are functioning optimally.

You will be expected to innovate solutions to complex problems and contribute to the overall efficiency of data center operations. Your role will require you to react quickly to any issues that arise, ensuring minimal disruption to services. You will also be responsible for maintaining documentation related to equipment and processes, which is essential for operational continuity.

Amazon offers a competitive starting pay for this position, with a range of $27.00 to $47.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
