What you'll do

In this role, you will be accountable for the performance metrics of multiple AWS data centers, continuously driving improvements while delivering on key performance indicators. You will lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and ensure that all safety standards are met across the facilities. Your responsibilities will include strategic planning and execution of corrective actions, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize operations.

You will work closely with software, hardware, and network engineers, as well as supply chain specialists, to ensure that the infrastructure remains robust and reliable. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering an inclusive culture that encourages bold ideas and empowers team members to take ownership of their work.
