You have a proven track record of managing teams, including shift technicians, contractors, and vendors — you understand the importance of maintaining high-quality operational standards and can effectively lead diverse groups to achieve common goals. You are skilled in developing and executing comprehensive project plans that enhance facility efficiency and performance — you have experience operating and managing critical systems, including power distribution, generators, and cooling infrastructure. Your proactive problem-solving skills help you navigate dynamic environments and optimize systems.
You thrive in collaborative settings, working closely with cross-functional teams to maintain data center operations — your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships is key to your success. You are passionate about continuous improvement and technical innovation, always looking for ways to enhance operational performance.

What you'll do
In this role, you will manage and lead shift technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality operational standards across multiple data center availability zones. You will oversee the implementation of strategic infrastructure management practices that enhance facility performance.
You will develop and execute comprehensive project plans aimed at improving facility efficiency — your responsibilities will include operating and managing critical systems such as power distribution, generators, and cooling infrastructure. You will also support facility expansion and infrastructure development projects, ensuring that all initiatives align with operational goals.
Your day-to-day activities will involve a blend of strategic planning and hands-on technical oversight — you will engage in proactive problem-solving and system optimization to keep the infrastructure running seamlessly.
